I became still

My heart skipped a beat

A tear dropped 

settled under the eye 

Unsettling the breathing pattern 

but then I took a sigh 

Lips broadened

A smile drew

A deep breath again 

The lungs felt full

Straightened my back 

Admired the gain 

And acknowledged the good
